Why manufacturer websites fail to convert serious buyers
A manufacturer website can look professional and still fail commercially. The issue is usually not design. It is unclear fit, unclear capability, and too much friction before a buyer knows whether to request a quote.
The offer is too generic
"OEM services" does not tell a buyer what you can make, what volumes you support, which markets you understand, or what kinds of brands are a good fit.
The proof is missing
Buyers need trust signals: certifications, formats, process clarity, export experience, product examples, lead times, and enough detail to believe the manufacturer can handle the project.
The RFQ flow asks too little
A basic contact form creates vague enquiries. A useful RFQ flow collects category, quantity, market, packaging, timeline, and technical needs so both sides can decide whether to proceed.
